RETURN POLICY

No returns.  No Exchanges. All sales are final.

A return is only acceptable if there was an error made by Aura Essence, example - bracelet sent was not what is on the order form.

Aura Essence reserves the right to determine a possible return/refund/exchange on a case-by-case basis. If return is accepted the item must be in the same condition as it was received. 

 

 

 

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time and turn arounds will be 5 - 10 days

There maybe a longer processing time for Holidays

 

 

SHIPPING

Tracking numbers will be provided after orders are sent out.

 

 

 

SIZING POLICY

PLEASE REVIEW SIZING BEFORE ORDERING

Sizes are available on each listed product. It is up to the buyer to determine which size is suited for your needs.

Please feel free to contact me if you are having trouble with sizing.

My sizing 

5.5 - 6 inch = xsmall

6.5 - 6.75 inch = small

7 inch = medium

7.5 - 8 inch = large

You can add 1cm - 2cm to the measurement for movement , possible swelling, or comfort.

 

Bracelets are made with double stretch cord. Please still becareful and mindful of snagging. 

 

It is recommended NOT to shower with any of these bracelets on.

All beads will have different variations of colors and may slightly differ in size.
